Two new powerup bricks: Pad grower Backup pads

What! This game is awesome! Honestly genius with power ups and "downgrades". Really smart making stuff bad for the player instead of everything being power ups. I really, really, really love this game and hope this gets more attention. Hopefully updates to. If I could use a boost I would. Well done Edsolino. Great game.
