That's because you had a drawing beforehand. Init your deck, save it, remove the drawing in the app and save, then get-deck in your terminal then insert the image. If you don't want to do all this, you can use castletool, and app I made for inserting images and music for you. If this happened when you used castletool, then let me know cause that's a bug.
