It appears that it got a system fatal error and it can’t boot anymore sooooo

No need guys I’ll buy a new unit tomorrow

The problem is It’s suck in a boot loop..when I try to break the loop I get a blue screen of death and it says that the device ran into a problem…if I try to do things differently it works! But nothing works within it…the task bar isn’t working…the apps aren’t responding and if I right clicked the screen it turns my screen completely black and my cursor changes to a spinning blue circle…and nothing happens
