(Not ebing rude just ssying:>) the fiber art you are learning is crocheting^^(the difference between knitting and crocheting is that with knitting you use 2 things while with crochet you use just one hook, for me it was pretty easy to learn and i don't have videos or channels to recommend to you but don't trust anything AI, any apps, anything because they are SCAMS, also i recommend you try using worsted weight 4 yarn and a 4mm hook, when you get the hang of it you can start using different yarns and different hook sizes,if you have projects or exmperiments you want to see together you can use a darning needle,uhm.. also stich markers!!^^ you don't need special stitch markers to make anything , you just need something to mark a row or round with, i personally when i started i started using only bobby pins or even safety pins, i don't have recommendations about what type of projects to learn because everyone has different opinions so thats all^^ hope this helped!!(holy paragraph😔)

It's called crocheting, I crocheted befor,just look up some instructions online ,you'll find so,e really awesome stuff,I don't recommend watching a video to it tho,I recommend just looking up the instruction list
