Added a Leaderboard New Paddle design Some level redesign

It does get that way at times. I have been trouble shooting it. I still do not know why. Maybe the way I have the Logic set. Or doubling up a logic in 2 separate prints. Is it with the laser. Or something is not set to destroy. Like the multi balls
