Listen, You deserve to be heard, you’re still a person, and it’s okay to cry. It’s something everyone has done at least once, and I get it, even I myself cry a lot, on everything, but I learned how to hold it in. But please know, you deserve to be heard, and whatever is happening with you, I may not know, other people may not know, but feel free to perhaps talk, if you don’t feel comfortable, that’s completely okay, I’ll give you solutions: you can draw vents like these, since u are really good at drawing (Mashallah<3) so it can help u feel better. You can also get a diary, make it a space where you write all your feelings. Talk to someone, anyone, somebody you trust and know, it’s better to discuss these things, and also talk to someone who won’t give you Solutions until you are done speaking, like a therapist.
