Because I'm bored so here is a : TARTE TATIN RECIPEP reparation time: about 50 minutes. Serves: 8 people. Ingredients 8 to 10 apples 150g of butter 150 to 200g of sugar 200 to 250g of pastry dough A pinch of cinnamon Preparation Melt the butter and sugar to form a caramel. Pour it into a mold. Cut the apples into small pieces and place them on top of the caramel (Note: the caramel must already be cold). Add a little cinnamon.
