guys use hook to block his attack so i mean he cant attack when u hook him he just stands there and he only attacks some times

How to use black flash: pull him away from you using hook then he will use walk speed override, bait him to hitting a wall by jumping and them go near him and use your strong punch two times but make sure to do it fast of he'll hit you and cancel it but when you hit him 2 times with the strong punch, you will get the blackflash ability near your abilities then you can use it! Hope this helps people and sorry if I didn't say it more clearly!:)
