(I'm actually 10 years old and turning 11 this year) Soo when I was 9 or 8, I was playing with my friends in school. I accidentally tripped and fell and I cried out real hard. (it's the most biggest bruise that I ever got) it took MONTHS just to recover and everytime I move my leg it feels like I got stabbed in the leg.
