Theory: Dobs mom and dad are a dummy and blob hense the gray coloration and that might ve made him stupid due to blobs and dummies being two diffrent species

Wait since the dummies and blobs are a species, is every fanmade blob/dummy technically canon?

If blob and dummies are born as single celled organism, (I'm going crazy because I remember blob/dummy lore being about cells and stuff correct me if I'm wrong) then there's a possibility that they can be grown on a Petri dish)
