"He will be perfect" have been mentioned in the comments before. We still dont know who is "He". We still do not know if this is a vent deck, a lore or an ARG. There was a string of characters in the "about me", which was a coded messages. In the deck source we could find a text and names of the characters seen in the deck. The big one is called "Professor" and the small one is called "Patient". The professor may be a doctor or someone else and the patient may just be a patient or someone else. Both of them looks really similar which I can say they are probably the same person talking to each other in a different time, like a old them talks to the young them. The word "missing" has been mentioned before. He might be missing someone, someone they care or missing something that's truly important to them. If they are venting, I would say, Please, take care of yourself. I hope you will get well soon.
