This is how it works you press the flush handle button on the bottom right and the 30 Second timer when it hits zero twice and then disappears you're trapped outside and you're forced to restart The card and those shoes are somethings that are supposed to be an upgrade in the full release there's gonna be a lot of different Betas until the full release and then you go up when you defeat the toilet and collect the shoes and go through the doors you win you completed the Beta. that's it good luck.
