Smtth that works for me is to imagine some other body part hurting like crazy (pick a body part that isn't hurting ofc). Then start acting like that place hurts and fokus all your mental energy on that spot, and you'll have distracted yourself from the pain while not feeling any extra pain 😃✨✨
