just incase if you don't know people steal the sound (or music) code OR any blueprints that is associated with the original creator are not blocked unless if the user (the creator of the original deck) had dweller, they just hide the deck source so anybody will not see it but blocking them doesn't work at all (it only blocks when you can't comment on decks anymore)
