Make base: Crush biscuits, mix with melted butter, press into a lined 20 cm (8-inch) pan. Chill 15 minutes. Make filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs (one at a time), then vanilla and cream. Mix gently. Bake 45–55 minutes until center is slightly jiggly. Cool slowly, then refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best). Top with fruit, chocolate, or caramel if you like.”
