Look uh I'm not good at this stuff but, I always feel like this too, but I feel like I'm not enough or perfect, but I know you can face though it, i know you may think you are not perfect or enough but no body is perfect, we just think that so we can be better at things, I know I'm not perfect, or enough but it's okay, we can face it together, you can just judge yourself, no other person can judge you, sure they may say things that they think is better for you like 'you should do this or that' but you can do what you think is best for you, what feels right to you, but for me I just go with it because theres nothing else I can do about it but I'm trying to help you as best as I can, I hope that helped, I'm not used to doing these things😅
