Fun fact: space invaders was so popular there were entire buildings of arcade machines of it. This led to tons of dudes playing in large arcades with other dudes as a pass time. It became a stereotype that most gamers were guys, and pac man was designed to be liked by guys but in the west it was more popular with girls. The irony.
