Btw if u want to do this with just one pallete, Remove the inside color u want to color a color from a different pallete, then copy blueprints on a free pallete, then paste it, then eraseall the colors except the one u wanna use, enlarge the color till it fits the area u want to fill, merge down the outline layer with the color layer, the remove the excess. (SORYY Im bad at explaining lol)
